MPress Processing is a small company that is devoted to giving each and every client a personal touch that you simply will not find from any of those "big" companies.  We do not need or want thousands of clients.  At MPress, quality is far more important that quantity.  With this philosophy, MPress simply cannot afford to brush off any client.  We are thankful for every client and want him or her to Be MPressed, starting from the very first phone call.  MPress is based in northwest Indiana and strives to keep personal contact with every valuable client.

Document Conversion Service
In addition to the 'day-forward' imaging and document management solutions that we provide, MPress Processing also provides a complete, comprehensive document conversion service.  Clients often find that converting documents to images is easiest going forward; however, it is often a challenge to decide what to keep and how far back to go.  Finding the staff and time to do the scanning and metadata entries can also be problematic.  MPress solves this problem by offering a secure and cost effective document conversion service.  Documents of all formats can be converted to industry-standard TIFF Group IV image format and delivered using a variety of media according to your specific needs.

Service and Support
MPress Processing is the primary support provider for each client and their personalized solution.  Most issues can be identified and resolved right over the phone.  Occasionally we need to contact Laserfiche for additional support and work closely with them to ensure a solution that is prompt and effective.  MPress thoroughly evaluated many different document imaging software solutions before determining that Laserfiche was superior in all areas.  Laserfiche software goes through extensive testing before new versions are released, many clients even volunteer to participate in beta testing!  This testing in the real world is part of what makes Laserfiche software so supremely stable and relatively "bug free."  If there is an issue, Laserfiche quickly and efficiently creates a fix and posts it on its website for everyone to use.
